CoinPicks AI Privacy

Last updated 23 August 2026. This covers CoinPicks AI specifically and sits alongside the CoinPicks privacy policy on our main site.

What we keep

Who else sees your chats

CoinPicks AI is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. Your messages are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. Anthropic does not use them to train its models — that's in our commercial agreement with them. Anthropic deletes chat data from its systems within about 30 days, unless their safety systems flag something harmful.

Our app runs on Vercel and our database is Neon, both in the United States. Login emails go through Resend and GoHighLevel. Card payments, when switched on, are handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.

We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

Improving our own AI

This is off unless you turn it on. When on, chats you create from that point forward may be used to train and improve CoinPicks' own AI, with personal details removed first. Turning it off stops future chats being used. Deleted chats are never used.

The control, and a record of every time you changed it, is on your privacy settings page.

Data from apps you publish

When you publish a mini app, we save a copy of whatever market data it shows so anyone opening your link sees real numbers straight away. That means your own API key is never spent by strangers viewing your app. Live data for viewers is a separate switch you control per connection.

Security

Logins are passwordless — an emailed link, no password to steal. Saved keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they reach our database, and decrypted only at the moment of a call you asked for. Mini apps run in a locked-down frame that cannot read your keys, your cookies, or the page around it.
